On m'avez promis un truc inoubliable on ne peut que être déçu. Mis à part celui avec des champignons dans un beignet fris, pas de différence avec les autres enseignes d'hambuger en fastfood.

Absolutely incredible, the crinkle fries are so tasty, however the drinks machine was broken and they offered us lemonade but it wasn't carbonated????

THEY LIED ABOUT ALLERGENS
I ordered the vegan Shallot burger via Deliveroo. A member of staff called and said there were none left, and whether it could be replaced with a mushroom burger which he ASSURED ME was also vegan. Plot twist: it’s NOT vegan. I just had dairy for the first time in 3 years because of staff incompetence.

I had an outstanding experience at Shake Shack.The burger was absolutely delicious. I ordered the ChickenShack burger , and it was cooked to perfection! They also have a great variety of specialty burgers for those looking to try something different.Denis made us feel welcome and ensured we were enjoying our food and that everything was to our liking.
I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

First and LAST time ordering at this place.
I love shake shack but this restaurant offered an awful costumer experience.
Today we placed an uber eats order at 12:20, the order was then cancelled at 14:25. We re-ordered for collection and they still managed to send us missing and incorrect items. 2 burguers were incorrect, we were missing 2 cheese sauces and 1 portion of fries. Absolutely ridiculous. Shame.
